We decided to have Karsyn dedicated while Lauren Ashlee was here. How cool is it for us to have all FIVE of our kids together on such a rad day! It's an honor and a blessing to have been given these babes as a gift from Jesus. And it's an honor and a blessing to give each one of them back to Him. They're His creation, His handiwork and they're on loan to us for such a short time. So with joy we lift them back to Him, by faith and fully trusting our God to work out His plan in each of their lives. And on Sunday it was Karsyn's turn.
We asked Glenn to dedicate her. He and Yvonne have become Brother & Sister and Uncle & Aunt to us. They've been the closest thing to family we've had over here in the 8 years we've lived in Oregon. And it was pretty special to have Glenn share some encouragement and a good word and pray over our newest babe and over the family and introduce Lauren to the RCF fam.

Wow...whoever took the photos of you guys sitting on the steps should consider going into professional photography :).
It's already so apparent the comfortableness Lauren has with her Dad (and FOUR siblings), even though it's been six years without seeing him. This trip is going to play a vital role in their future together. I'm excited to see what new things God has in store for them and how He's going to reveal them.
Maybe Bry doesn't live with her, or see her as often as he would like, but you know what us Simmie's call that....PLAN "G" (God). Jesus is going to turn this whole situation into one that brings Him glory and I'm so glad we'll be a part of experiencing that!!
