Here is a clip from Kennady's first public performance with her four-year-old ballet class. Her teacher posted this video from last Saturday's Festival of Trees Family Day.

the daily adventures of trenkle tippy toes
Why are you striving these days
Why are you trying to earn grace
Why are you crying
Let me lift up your face
Just don't turn away
Why are you looking for love
Why are you still searching as if I'm not enough
To where will you go child
Tell me where will you run
To where will you run
And I'll be by your side
Wherever you fall
In the dead of night
Whenever you call
And please don't fight
These hands that are holding you
My hands are holding you
Look at these hands and my side
They swallowed the grave on that night
When I drank the world's sin
So I could carry you in
And give you lifeI want to give you life
Cause I, I love you
I want you to know
That I, I love you
I'll never let you go

Sweet little Kenna...sweet indeed.
So I'm intently watching your video as Avery walks up and asks what I'm doing. I say, "I'm just tryin' to figure out for sure which one's Kenna...." and Avery's like, "She's right there." and points to the little gal on the right, the one I was sure was Kenna myself. Then continues watching. Then Nolan walks up and asks the same thing, and has the exact same response as Avery did. I was pretty amazed they could pick her out that quick considering the distance! Yay!!
Then when it finished, Avery was all, "Kenna's the smartest cause she did everything the teacher did. So that means my friend's the best listener."
Ah, Avery.....always a judge, never a ........well, not sure what I could put in there, but I DO know he's always a judge...in a very child-like, honest way. Gotta love that.
And I had tummy flips as well for my beautiful, little Kennie.....
Love it! Who's the only one following the leader? Princess Kenna and obviously the other girlies knew it too, following her as their leader. Wish I coulda been there! Maybe the next show!
